why do some top 10 lists start with number 1

like are you loving handicapped  it's like playing a game backwards
the reason top 10 lists are a great way to organize and present ranked information is because they gradually ascend in value and importance. lists that start off with the most important rank might as well be a top 1 because what's the loving point in reading #2 - #9. has anyone else found top 10s that start with #1 because it happens to me all the god damn time. it's like if a joke starts off with the punchline and then has the build-up afterwards for no reason.

I don't know what top 10s you're watching, but most i've seen go top to bottom

I don't like top ten worst list that much, because some lists when they get to number 1 they have some dramatic speech before telling what's number 1 and it's loving annoying.

they're usually in written form. most top 10 videos do the correct format of 10 to 1, but a lot of articles I find start with #1. do they expect me to instinctively scroll down to 10 immediately?
