Game crashing on multiple occasions

Just so you know, I have a macbook air, and it has a pretty wonky ping (idk if ping matters here) So sometimes when i join a server, the game prompts this message

Edit: Somehow my own server crashed, and i didnt fix it before cause it was rare, but now it's starting to freak out, so i set cache.db to read only like you said. Thx again, Here's a cookie!
