legally you can't be a child enthusiast unless you're over the primary legal age limit and aren't within the age difference your state allows.

Simple answer, yeah. child enthusiasm itself is not a crime, the term child enthusiast refers to someone with a loveual attraction to children. Whether or not you act on it determines whether or not you are a criminal. If someone at 8 had the capacity to understand love and loveual arousal, then yes, they could be a child enthusiast. The question you probably meant to ask would be can an 8 year old be convicted of a love crime, probably stat rape or child molestation, and it probably depends on a ton of different factors like where you live, age gap between the offender and the victim, ect.

Anyone so much as 1 years old can be registered as a love offender although the current lowest age is 4.

A 4 year old took a picture of his own body and shared it. He became registered as a love offender for obtaining and sharing child research even if the fact of the matter is the person in the pictures is him. It still counts as distributing child research.

So the law that was meant to protect the children can also turn children into love offenders.

if you are loveually attracted to children, you have child enthusiasm. if you are 10 years old, then it is not a problem for you to be attracted to your peers. if you become 18 and you are still attracted to 10-year-olds, then it is a problem.

anyone who is loveually attracted to prepubescent children is by the definition of the word, a child enthusiast. Their age does not come into play. When it starts to become a serious issue however, is a different story entirely.

Well... maybe? I know the pretty standardized "socially acceptable" algorithm is 1/2 your age plus 7. It differs from place to place so it could be. I'm pretty sure in Georgia they have this stuff called "Romeo and Juliet" laws or something that if you have love with someone under the age of consent you're in the clear as long as your within like 2 years of the minor.
