autocracy is so much better tho
i rarely go for domination or culture tho

I always choose freedom and I only ever have domination victory on. check mate, alt right

capitalism does not inherently require people to work. capitalism is the right to private industry
"Characteristics central to capitalism include private property, capital accumulation, wage labor, voluntary exchange, a price system, and competitive markets."
as a concept capitalism may not technically call for it, but in practice working to live is part of capitalism
capitalism is the right to private industry, rather than state-controlled industry
you can still have private industry alongside government control of vital infrastructure
for that matter I don't even care if the government does it. google's already taken a step in the right direction with free internet access for people who can get google fiber. it's just much a more achievable goal for an entity that receives trillions of dollars every year from taxes
which inevitably leads to tyranny
very arguable

but anyway if you're just going to be brown town about what the definition of "capitalism" strictly is, to ignore the fact that it does require people to work, then I don't think it's likely that this discussion is going to get anywhere

i wish google fiber was free

i rarely go for domination or culture tho
autocracy has repeatedly help me with cultural vic, surprisingly enough diplomacy too
the only ever time i did domination was my very first game on civ 5, in which i did freedom

don't you have to work to survive in non-capitalism economies too, though?

I mean in an ideal Marxist utopia no. But then reality strikes.

i wish google fiber was free
I wish my internet actually worked

i wish google fiber was free
well, it looks like they don't do it anymore I guess, but I know that at one point they had a free plan. it was only like 3mbps, but, it was free, so...

it's almost as if intelligent robotic automation is a new concept and hasn't been implemented into the economy at higher levels than agriculture, mining, and automated manufacturing yet

robotic automation would still be capitalist because people would own those robots

unless they're under the state's control in which it's nationalized industry, which is good for vital infastructure, i'll agree there, but terrible for anything else.

everyone works under Marxism

I know. I'm not saying we should make all food, water, and electricity free right now. I'm saying we should work towards that goal
robotic automation would still be capitalist because people would own those robots
I am also not saying that every single thing about capitalism is evil and awful. private property is completely fine with me. but as a whole, capitalism does not seem ideal to me

Are we really arguing about economic systems?

Are we really arguing about economic systems?
what's wrong with that

what's wrong with that
just kinda confused on why were doing it
i mean i dont find it bad, im just wondering why were arguing

We need to reinstate the USSR, that way fox will be sent to a gulag
