What you have there is a 2002 LEGO Soccer minifigure in fairly decent knick. He appeared in the following three sets:
Unnamed Polybag
Freekick Frenzy
Championship Challenge II
Not worth much without the composite sets, however. The only rare piece is the
torso
, which was exclusive to those sets as with several other soccer shirts.
