nice meme but no such things exist

unless you're talking about these which i know you probably thought were permanent but are literally the easiest things to get rid of
thats not so much "getting rid of" as it is "hiding it"

where else do they exist? i can't really bring back candy crush onto my start screen unless i go and install it from the store, i just accidentally unpinned the solitaire collection which is installed-- that wasn't an ad

My windows doesn't have any ads. Wtf are people talking about?

nor does mine, it had little tiles on the start screen for recommended apps but those are removable. people saw them and immediately cried "advertising"

Does it have recommended games? I think I saw some of those when I playing with W10 for 5 days. (Shoddy memory is why I don't really remember for sure or not). Other than that I really don't remember any advertisements. Maybe some Coke or something but nothing more.

I know my XB360 has some little advertisement tiles on the third-fourth menu. Normally it'll advertise some game or a show.

i was extremely skeptical about windows 10. there are plenty of things i dont like about it still even though i use it. most of it is the UI change and how freaking garbage the photo viewer is. if you zoom out the picture is in jpeg quality. like are you kidding me?

win7 cause not all my programs aren't compatible
plus im a hippie and don't like new things

I have Windows 10. Like many others, I have had no issues. There were supposed to be tons of game compatibility issues but I only play good games so I haven't had an issue.

Not to mention W10 exclusives are gonna become a thing soon, so best to get used to it now

i'll make the switch eventually. I just like the way it is right now. i'll probably run 7 into the ground before i swap.

>DirectX12 only supported on windows 10
Knowing that, is there any reason not to use win10?

The only problem I have with 10 is the loving updates.
