Espio is going to crossdress and I got a wig but I need to do some stylizing stuff

Was thinking of filling a plastic bag with paper and do some tape stuff
other suggestion?

you can get styrofoam wig heads for very cheap at thrift stores and other places like such. i dont really see the point in making your own haha

I dont know any thrift shop but there is like a cheap second hand shop that sells items people donate to them (or sell for a very low price) so the poor can buy em instead of throwing them away
