Author Topic: I have some health issues  (Read 980 times)

Recentley I have been noticing a health issue that I have. I don't drink any water at all which is very silly. Everyday at school I barley drink any water at all and even at break I don't drink enough water and today I had no water what so ever other than a sip from my water bottle just as I got home and right now I have a headache which is to be expected for not drinking any water. I have also noticed that when ever I wake up in the morning my mouth is extremley dry to the point that toothpaste doesn't really do much. I only take one sip in the morning then forget off to school.

Now here is the issue, I feel the constant urge to piss all the time. In school every break and lunch break I go to the toliets and usually at period 2 in school I need to take a piss. Now some inhumane cunt at the boards of education in this stuff hole country made it that toliets are locked during lessons, to be honest the education board in the UK is absoloutley corrupt, not just for this but for many many other reasons to do with learning environments, how children learn and many other factors to why it's corrupt in this country. Sometimes I drink a bit of water and I piss out loving tons.

Should I see a doctor? because this is just unhealthy at this point

The reason your body wants to piss so much is because your kidneys have no god damn water to filter stuff out from the food you eat. Drink more water.

how many pints should you drink every day?

a lot of water is also squeezed out of food but still drink water

how many pints should you drink every day?

Some people push around the 6 glasses a day statistic but often people say that it's wrong or w/e. I'd start with the 6 glasses for a frame of reference and adjust if you're feeling you can drink less.

Piss just isn't an excess of water, your body absorbs all the moisture from foods as well. You could stop drinking water all together if your diet consisted of fruits and veggies that weren't steamed/lean beef etc. Putting in less and outputting more =/= a health issue. Headaches are a common side effect of not getting enough water, but aside from that you seem fine. Don't take my word for it though, if you're still worried, seek medical help.

don't we all have health issues

One way to know whether you are drinking a good amount of water daily is your urine colour, healthy is cosidered a pale tint of yellow, if it's very yellow then you should drink more water and if it's an orange colour then you're seriously dehydrated and need to drink a lot more water daily.

There is no exact "healthy" amount that you should piss, but if the number of times that you need to piss is greatly interfering with your daily activities then I would see a doctor. Peeing very frequently is a symptom of diabetes.

lmao i drink countless glasses of water a day and i only piss once a day

just get a huge pitcher and chug that stuff every day

Take a liter bottle with you. If you drink from it it'll fix you up. Source: me

Diabetes would be causing him to be extremely thirsty and drink water more often than usual though.
