Not able to play any server

So yesterday I was playing just fine, and I load up today, and this happens

I actually sat for half an hour waiting before posting this by the way.

Please tell me someone knows how to fix this, I've already uninstalled game and deleted all files, and removed WinRaR.

Are you using the Steam version?
If so, then restarting Steam fixed it for me.
