What's this, then?
I've come to the realization that people here like both video games and tabletop games, and you're all cool dudes, so I'm starting up a chill discord group for people looking for this sorta stuff. I'm of the sort that believes that everyone should give tabletop games a chance, since they're commonly associated with 'nerd culture'. I've run games for countless people who were convinced they probably weren't going to get into it and surprisingly did. There are a plethora of reference documents, information and resources in the tabletop text channel for people interested in running a tabletop game, and I'm willing to help with advice and pointers.


What's the rules?
Pretty simple, don't spam, don't post NSFW stuff, don't troll and to keep it real. High-maintenance users will be given the stuffler role until they realize the error of their ways, but for the most part, this is a discord I want everyone to have a place in. If you're a regular in the discord, you'll be given the regular role. Regulars can be considered for moderator role. Along with that, if you're going to be running a game as a DM, you will be given a DM role and have access to the DM table text channel!


How do I get in?
Just ask here or PM me for an invite link. I'm hesitant to throw a public link here for now until I get a dedicated team of moderators. Not too exclusive, I'm generally going to be iffy about inviting people who are known for starting fights or trolling. If you don't get in, I'm sorry in advance, maybe if you show you're chill enough to get in I would reconsider.

edit: quick tip if you wanna make maps, don't use inkarnate or any other thing like it use photoshop, gimp, or even paint.net, if you can't draw/aren't good at photo editing don't use a limited crutch, learn how to.
