what is the best rig you could possibly build

I'm asking because I've been playing BL recently and it's getting laggy and the fps is dropping under even moderate amounts of bricks and particle effects
if I play something like ROBLOX and watch a youtube video at the same time, the frame rate on one of them is bound to slow down a lot
I can't even play Blacklight: Retribution or Just Cause 2 under any type of graphical setting

what is the best rig you could possibly build, and how much would that cost

Though if it isnt obvious you dont need the second one whatsoever, its just something i quickly slapped together for a "best" pc or some stuff. You can get max performance in the games you play for a hell of a lot cheaper.

you're probably gonna at least 2 titan xp's for decent framerates in roblox... personally i would throw in a pro duo or three just to be safe

You mean the drive that has the stuffty write speed? iirc its meant more of a mass storage device than anything, not a daily driver.
