SCP-173 Fix

Hello Everyone,

I fixed Fluffy's SCP 173.
I fixed the horror sounds and i added some. I also changed the "Neck Snap" Sound (and added 1 more)

All credits goes to Fluf, the reason why I fixed it is because Fluffy will never do it.

Please, we need more SCP add-ons.

Note: I'm sorry for the Head RP Gamemode (also make more gamemodes please)

We could use some less elitism around here, so maybe let him do the starter stuff first. A fix to an existing addon seems to be a big enough step.

Perfect! now all we have to do is fix the blinking and the collision issue(The SCP likes to go through walls) and we will be fine! A quick solution would be changing the way it moves, remove the teleporting and set him to "teleport" towards you with a fast player speed, and that would fix the issue.
