No Picture/Gif change?

Ok, I tried to change my picture to a completly forgeted Up Awesome gif, But it dident change, Why?

1. It should be 75x75 pixels
2. Mabey size was too big

I've found that sometimes even when it's within the size and dimension limits it'll still reject if there's any image metadata. Uploading the image to Imgur first is an easy way to fix that.

File isn't too large in size but it is too large as resolution. Needs to be 75x75 or lower (pretty sure that width x height needs to be the same as each other)
