Hey wanna see a trick?
i used to do that before i realized it was dumb because unless it was originally a .gif then forcefully making a .gifv into a .gif will end up creating 20MB+ large .gifs that take forever to load

also even if you do forcefully rewrite the letters at the end it still doesn't change a thing, i could take this .gif

http://i.imgur.com/cH0luUa.gif

then make it into a .jpg

http://i.imgur.com/cH0luUa.jpg

and nothing will change

also .mp4s automatically become .gifvs, what are you trying to do here

I guess, but it's a good alternative for those who can see it.
I would recommend doing a set up like this then

Code: [Select]

If the image takes too long to load here, click the image, the link should load it faster.

People with slower internet connections may not be able to load the image one the page, but having a backup is always good option, so if you did it like this you could certainly

also I just realised .gifv doesn't work with the image button, so Imma edit that.

spoiler alert it's because it's an mp4 just like ip's link
also preserving bandwidth > embedding the image

my internet is pretty good quality connection, it just crashes every once in a while, and i had to wait a good 30 seconds for it to work properly

i don't know what kind of richass nasa supercomputer you're on but it's obviously much better than average

Oh stuff, that might explain it.

It's not that new, but it was a High End Gaming PC when I built it.

Intel i7 3930k @ 3.8ghz
Geforce Gtx 770 2gb Vram
16gb DDr3 Corsair Vengeance Ram
750w PSU
Windows 10 Pro

Also I'm using Chrome.

But as a Note, I just tested this on my Iphone and it loaded the image in like 2 Seconds.
