I dont really know i say ask her if shes cheating upfront, sometimes you have to be blunt. If you ignore it or act desperate she will have you by the neck, just say
Hey, tell me the truth are you cheating or something

if you are serious about this relationship then you need to ask her what specific personnel problems she is having that compelled her to block you. then you have to reassure her that you are there for her and that instead of running from you (blocking) she needs to come to you. then explain to her that if she ever just blocks you out of the blue like that you will question her love and respect for you and that its not ok to treat you like that
