why isn't white castle available in west us

the closest to a white castle restaurant is a store bought microwave package in the west coast
to enter an actual white castle it would take more than 5 hours from the LA county to Las Vegas to get into the white castle
my problem here is that why can't we have locations in los angeles, san francisco, and etc so we can enjoy a person's work of grill cooking and enjoy our meal in a well furbished and beautiful air conditioned building.

but no, the east coast just has to take it all for themselves. so i ask once again, why isn't there a white castle in the state of california and in the west coast (excluding LV location)
