Author Topic: I graduated Basic Training  (Read 1579 times)

I graduate Basic Training on Thursday. I made a post about 10 weeks ago about going to BT and I actually made it through the damn thing. Somehow someway I made it. Ask me questions!

when/where is AIT

I ship to AIT on Friday and it's at Fort Gordon, Georgia which is four hours north of here. "Here" is Fort Benning, Georgia.

wow i live 40 minutes away from fort benning

Platoon? Batallion? Squad?
My Basic Training was with Bravo Company, 2nd Battalion, 47th Infantry. I was a part of 4th platoon. 4th platoon is also Honor Platoon.

columbus

columbus
I've thought about moving to columbus when I move out, I went there with my family for that dam circus a couple of weeks ago and it seems ok
better than auburn at least. but that's where I currently work and it's already bad enough that I make a half-hour commute from valley AL (like right on the border, I can literally be in georgia in less than ten minutes) every day, an hour and a half is not going to happen
but maybe someday. I'd really rather live somewhere other than alabama or georgia to be honest but idk, I can live with it
