Any of y'all hear of this guy? I just saw a video of it from ScareTheater

He's a karate instructor from the 80's, he let one of his students beat up/kill some black guy nicknamed "Kung-Fu Guy" in his dojo
Warning: Graphic
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xkoV7Ofx3Uo

No charges were pressed despite there being clear evidence, so either the guy is dead or he's mentally handicapped and no one would give a stuff about a mentally handicapped black guy in the 80s

Here's the ScareTheater video on it:

Usually people who partake in life-threatening or injury inducing sports have to sign a waiver saying that the opponent/sport owner is not liable for injury or death

If that were true it would be legally impossible to sue this guy for killing him, unless he killed in a manner outside of the sport's rules

This was some run down dojo in the middle of nowhere though, he might not have even signed a waiver. Seems like he's just some mentally handicapped guy they found on the street, and let him in just to beat him up.

yeah tbh the victims technique looks amazing

Apart from that it doesn't look too legal

His technique apparently isn't very good, but his intent was clearly to demonstrate, not harm. Clearly Bobby was not a very effective instructor if his black belt student had difficulty taking down a harmless schizophrenic guy.

Anyway, this video pissed me off, even though it's old. tbh I just want closure, no one knows if the kung fu guy is alive or dead.

there are reports that say he's still alive. still, victim got some moves. I took Kung fu for 2 years and he actually fights like someone who trained for 5-7 years. The white shirt brother fights worse than me and I can barely fight. Plus you can see how eventually he stopped playing fairly and tried to resort to a simple beating

Yeah I took like 3 classes of Kung Fu, I can't really fight, I can do better.
