de facto segregation is separate from de jure segregation, if people voluntarily/coincidentally split themselves by race there's nothing illegal about that, which is what happens with churches and schools that are still all/majorly full of only one race

as someone who lives in a state with a church on every corner. pretty much every small church is voluntarily split by race. black and white people preach very very differently

either way the whole thing is stupid - this is why we need less polarizing/more moderate (and well spoken) candidates in elections, rather than extremes. people would be less likely or less provoked to do things to try to defame one or the other, and even if such actions are taken, it's not suggested to be directly associated with the candidate by non-conspiracy theorists.

you would see he also posted kool kids klub-like signs around the church against black people.
