Every time you load into my server if you have less than ten hours in-game time logged you are presented with a box that you cannot close for 3 full seconds. It contains info that tells you where the rules are and how to contact the staff if an issue happens. My server is difficult to play at first but you clearly didn't make an effort to try to play correctly.
Let's see what you did when you played:
Oh look, you just complained about getting freekilled while dead when nobody alive can hear you. Not once did you use /a to try to get any issues resolved.
I don't blame them, that's my guess too.
