It's Good but it could be done better in many ways.
Photoshop opens 1000s of more options then paint.net man.
It's ok to use paint.net thought...because only people who do a hellish alot of GFX work are the ones and only ones who really need photoshop. 
1. I wasn't trying to beat your quality.
2. Paint.NET can do everything photoshop can do :P
I know.
No..No it can not.
But to take full advantage of photoshop you must know what your doing or you will fail horribly..It's not user friendly (CS3)
EDIT:Iv done my research, and if your new to GFX and photo shopping...try paint.net before you but photoshop. ;D
It's kinda like...Paint.net is the training wheels of graphics....
