Server hosting troubles (ping and ports)

I'm having the same loving problem. I've even tried restarting my computer and nothing. Disabling UPnP and re-enabling it, Nothing.

I'm Still confused.. I want people to be able to join my Server Altho I don't know what to do After READING all of this..

I have all the same problems as OP, port is forwarded, firewall is turned off, no anti-virus blocking crap.

Nobody can connect to my server, even with the port forwarded, TCP and UDP, and I tried various ports too. Ping is ---

Pretty sure it cannot be any simplier than it is to port forward. Looks like you're stuck.

Did it fix the issue?

No, but I waited a few days and redid the port forwarding again and it magically works. I don't think anything I've done had anything to do with fixing it
