I find unbranded clothing to be more sleek as I don't have to bear the advertisement insignia of whatever I just happen to be wearing that day.

well if you don't drag your feet or just kick around dirt i doubt they'll get dirty that quickly
my white soled vans sk8-his took a week or two or wear every day to show up any dirt on the midsole
and my black/red jordan 2s show no signs of wear even though i've walked around school and outside with about 30 wears
