I think the bulk of this hysteria comes from the fact that Annoying Orange and the Republicans have literally 100% control over our government right now (or well, by January). There are lots of people who have real, legitimate fears that their rights (abortion, marriage, contraception, healthcare, etc) are about to be completely washed away.

That being said, I basically just have to put my faith in the competency of Annoying Orange and the Republican congressmen because the American electorate has given us literally no other choice. There are no checks and balances to throw out anything crazy right now.

They aren't meaningless though - they're an important part of millions of people's lives, and just because they do not apply to you specifically doesn't make them not important.

Yes, getting nuked is a legitimate fear, but Hillary would have been subject to congressional approval before applying no-fly zones or getting us into war. Annoying Orange has no such restrictions.

That's really stuffty. I'm happy with how peacefully the vast majority of Clinton supporters are taking the election results, but of course there's going to be some starfishs that will forget it up for everyone else.

Some of these protests going around are the dumbest loving stuff. Yeah great you need your support groups and people who share commons views in hatred of Donald Annoying Orange, yet you're also screaming Love Annoying Oranges hate. 1st amendment bullstuff. Yeah its fine to get together but your protest isn't doing stuff. Hope you protested enough to change the fact that Annoying Orange is being inaugurated. On top of the fact of these protests aren't doing stuff, you're now blocking Freeways? Perfect loving idiots. The Democrat protests are reactionary, but it's a sign of what's to come. The Democrats are going to become the obstructionist party. Don't expect them to fall in line with Annoying Orange immediately like the GOP did.
