Pretty much my experience with the game.

It's for anybody who wants to play it. This wasn't some marketing team sitting around figuring about their age demographic, this was a few guys who wanted to make a game that people could play with. However, the open-world, colorful "lego game" aspect largely appeals to children (like you.).

correction: it was meant to be for all ages
people younger than 12 get expelled by the community in some way or another, and i would imagine most people above 18 would be disgusted with the community

If it has no bad content what do you think?

Add-ons don't count because it isn't part of the game.

doesnt have a set target age group but 99% of the people who play it got it when they were like 9 or 10, cause that's the age in which legos are most interesting usually.

learning complex eventing and building is good for the development of an early mind too, i suppose.

I guess like a kid-to-adult rating would make sense here, like there's inappropriate mods but there's also plenty child-friendly ones and online has plenty of cursing and stuff sooo
(yes k-a rating exists at the ESRB but is like never used)

I'm still here because I'm disgusted by myself.

Probably because it's redundant since there is also the "Everyone" rating.

online interactions aren't rated by the ESRB

badspot says it:

"The single player game contains no graphic violence or adult content, and the online environment is fairly clean as well. However, since other users are free to modify their game, this cannot be guaranteed.

The biggest concern is the chat room like environment of playing online. There is automatic curse word filtering, but it's not possible to filter everything. If you're concerned about inappropriate language, I would recommend disabling the chat feature entirely."
