blockland was meant for people who were exactly 22 years and 3 weeks old

not very specific but ok

I've been playing this game since I was 11 or so so I guess

I played it as a kid and from this point I've been browsing the forums ever since. Haven't touched the actual game in years.

online interactions aren't rated by the ESRB
i realize that
pretty sure kids to adults was replaced by everyone
oops

I played it as a kid and from this point I've been browsing the forums ever since. Haven't touched the actual game in years.

i swear i saw u 2 weeks ago at boss battles

Fun fact: The image on the spraycan says "Spray f**king anything" or something like that

badspot says it:

"The single player game contains no graphic violence or adult content, and the online environment is fairly clean as well. However, since other users are free to modify their game, this cannot be guaranteed.

The biggest concern is the chat room like environment of playing online. There is automatic curse word filtering, but it's not possible to filter everything. If you're concerned about inappropriate language, I would recommend disabling the chat feature entirely."

except as of 2012 graphic violence was indeed added

It wasn't really meant for anyone in particular.

You can sell it to kids because it doesn't have anything inappropriate, because it's literally just a bunch of squares and rectangles that you can use to make stuff
Same goes for adults, you can sell it to them because it doesn't have any child-oriented content

It's a lot more noticeable that Blockland in it's original form was intended for a younger audience, as opposed to adults

Where as Blockland now doesn't really fit either demographic entirely (stuffty image quality I know)

Sure it's blocky and stuff, but that shouldn't be the only dictator if a game is for kids or not. Just look at something like Doom. I don't think you should give little Johnny a copy of Doom for Christmas

the federal trade commission would probably decide that a lego game is "for kids" and that's all that really matters

Blockland is rated E for everyone but since the game itself isn't moderated and there isn't an administrative team running around the clock 24/7 to make sure to revoke keys for saying mean things like Runescape or Club Penguin.

So the game became mostly for teenagers as parents would just ban their child from playing this game.

I am pretty sure it was meant everybody

when i was like 9 and was playing the blockland demo when it was still in v20 i found out that the spraycan said "forget" and i was like "HORY stuff"
