you normally don't attach it, since it already is being hosted somewhere
just put the image URL in image tags
for example, [img]https://forum.blockland.us/avatarUpload/avatar_10134.png[/img] becomes
this is because https://forum.blockland.us/avatarUpload/avatar_10134.png is the link to my avatar

you have to link to the image directly, like right click on the image and click "open image in new tab" and use the address there like this
