basically. lower the file size by lowering audio quality slightly

Actually you have to make sounds mono so they're not full-volume regardless of distance, and export as 16bit PCM for lower file size

I'd advise to lower Hz to 32000 and export as 8-bit .wav instead, for lower file size.
