that's not a bad thing. the federal gov't doesn't need to be involved with everything. although i would like it to be other way around, where states decide if marijuana(or any drug for that matter) ought to be illegal rather than legal. ofc states don't Annoying Orange over individual rights.

Yeah, laws for basic human rights (gay marriage/rights, abortion, birth control, etc) should be federally legalized
Weed should be legalized or decriminalized since it's plain not dangerous
Other drugs/substances should be left to the states with no federal law about them.
