Floating cars just don't sound very practical, and I doubt any of us would ever be able to afford one if they did exist. Like what kind of fuel would it use? what kind of regulations would it have? Would you need a special license? would it be any more efficient the current transportation methods? what about it's emissions?

I bet there's some sort of youtube video all about something like that.
