Left Alt stuck

When playing blockland, my left alt key will get stuck and i will not be able to chat because it acts as if the alt key is being held down. If i press alt again, that solves the problem, but it comes back again shortly after. Any suggestions? I know it couldn't be my keyboard because it does this on nothing else but blockland.

Another thing, it does not allow me to use ctrl+ keys. For example, i cant ctrl-k when alt is stuck unless i press alt again

are you alt tabbing between programs, or does it come back soon after normal gameplay?
some programs (blockland) have issues when you alt tab to another program, registering the alt press, losing focus, and never seeing alt released

This problem only occurs with certain programs, and only on newer versions of Windows.
The only fix is to press alt again. Though, I believe playing windowed might help. Though that might just be me pressing F2 and clicking off-screen.
