Author Topic: Medical Marijuana legalized in Florida  (Read 1801 times)

i'm sure they'd have some rule against students smoking/taking weed during school hours or coming onto campus high?
I don't know if anyone else has posted about this, however the utilization of marijuana in most states, Florida inclusive, has resulted in the concurrent matter that if you go onto campus whilst high, with no drug legitimately on you, there is no based claim for them to act upon-- whether it's the school Resource Officer, or the administrative staff: if it's not on you, there's nothing they can do unless they manage to get you to admit to it.

Did you not read the OP? I probably could get it prescribed to me if I wanted to.

You just said its 21+ and said you're 15. You wouldn't be able to get prescribed if it is 21+.

I think you're really struggling to read here. Marijuana can only be legally used for those 21 and up, just like alcohol. Rigel said that Willymcmilly was 15 years old, not himself. In Massachusetts (Not sure of Florida rules), you can attain a medical marijuana card at the age of 18 or even younger with special permissions.

Like SlayerZ said, and like I just found out today, most people need to be 18 for it to be prescribed to them. I have a feeling I can't get it prescribed to me for another 2 years.

You may be able to get the oils prescribed to you. I have seen toddlers taking that stuff. Good luck though man, I hope you can obtain a card!

Somewhere a long the line, I mashed that quote assuming it was Rigel's.
