Add on problem

I'm having a problem with using th add ons.
Not with installing them but using them.
I'm new to the game so that would explain a lot..
But I install the Mods/Add ons but I don't know how to use them or officially put them  inside the game.

Is your Add-Ons folder named "Add-Ons" or "add-ons" if it's "add-ons", change it to "Add-Ons"
