actually, the assumption that an multinational corporation worth many billions of dollars doesn't have people all over the world staffing their websites at all times is very unreasonable

^I'd guess Youtube has less than 1,000 employees, mostly centered around California... since thats where they operate. While they've certainly got workers around the world, it's unlikely those are the sorts of people to be removing videos. Acting like any company should remain at the same level of operation 24 hours a day is completely ridiculous.
