Milkshape 3.D 1.8.4 and above has a weird glitch with joins(I think its a glitch)

What is this glitch? As someone who has become familiar and fed up with Milkshape 3D's glitches and shortcomings, i might be able to help, or at least tell whether or not what you're experiencing is actually a glitch or not
