Great writing, quotable lines, classic characters...well, if you yanks think you like The Simpsons, you need to understand that the Australians are obsessed with The Simpsons. In fact, the majority of our high-brow political discussion happens in the form of Simpsons memes. Anyway, one of the recent targets of this memery is the "honourable" MP Andrew Laming. It all started with him writing a ridiculous post on the education system over Facebook, which naturally got meme'd out.

Australia just seems terrible. I dont know why people brag about it being dangerous and stuffty like its a cool thing. My uncle is an aussie and he stays in California almost year round because he hates it so much.
