Author Topic: Why does Japan make the weirdest and sometimes loveual games?  (Read 2874 times)

Just wondering since I'm still playing Battle Cats which is a weird and somewhat loveual game from a Japanese company.

since they're a collectivist culture that abhors public displays of weirdness ("PDW," naturally) they have to let out their weirdness in private and, in recent years, through the internet, where they can enjoy all the upsides of individualist culture like in the west without being "outed" to their peers and publicly lynched as a result.

its normal in their culture for cats to have boobs

you have not seen 90% of the japanese media industry yet
trust me

its normal in their culture for cats to have boobs
nekopara says yes otherwise

I've been playing the game Phantasy star online 2 as of late, which is a Japanese mmorpg game by sega, and there is a bunch of really god damn weird and revealing clothing in it, both for the anime grils and dudes.
like, look at this stuff.

its also got the weird side to it too since you eventually go from fighting aliens on different planets to somehow ending up in Tokyo fighting possessed attack helicopters, bears, road rollers, and massive train hydras.

I mean, its been the best and silliest(and arousing) game I've played in a while so definitely a lot of respect to japan and their insane games.
