Author Topic: Computer Not Working HELP  (Read 2508 times)

alright, I'm not a tech guy, but I DEFINITELY know something's going on. my main computer (the one with all my files, programs, games, builds, etc.) hasn't been touched since Friday, and when I had it on Friday, it worked fine.
but now that i'm back home on Wednesday, it's forgeted. I've restarted it 3 times now, turned it completely off and on again once, nothing. It's basically saying it didn't start correctly each time I turn it on, and I tried resetting it back to a previous daye (12/09/16) but it said the drive wasn't protected??? what the forget do I do.
>Delete Sys32
even if I was that stupid, I can't even access files.

no pictures at the moment, as it's "repairing" but i'll post when I can.

Clean it up before your room smells like stuff and tell your computer to go outside to stuff next time.

CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

that's what it's giving me, whilst also telling me it has to restart, which it does, but then it brings me back to the page before

hmm...try booting into safemode.

go to troubleshoot > advanced options and it should bring up a menu after restarting
press the function key that corresponds to safe mode (idk what it is for windows 10)

same loving thing. damnit

If you can access your files from a Linux LiveCD or some other means, would it be possible for you to upload the files within "C:\Windows\Minidump"?  These memory dump files are critical to understanding what's going wrong.
