My father's dad randomly has a heart attack and dies while in good health and 65

So my father's dad died randomly with a massive heart attack recently out on the sidewalk in good health
my dad is depressed as forget right now
how the hell do you get a massive heart attack at age 65, while in good health.
has a similar experience happened before any of you guy's family?
I've never seen him before and my father never talked to him or seen him in years.

his heart and health wasn't going to stay strong forever, it was had to decline eventually
he just didn't survive the very beginning of it

also whats also sad is my fathers girlfriend and my little sister bumped into him last year and my sister told him that my father said he was dead and that she doesnt have a grand father, even though my dad never said that he was dead.
