it doesn't splatter but blood pools fast, especially from the head
but he wasn't shot in the head
hes back to the floor, and lying on the entry points, so passage of blood in pool size amounts is already somewhat obstructed. hes probably wearing 2-3 layers of clothing thats (i imagine) absorbing some of the blood. if a shot did exit out the front of him, it looks like it exited out of his chest through his left bicep, which is relatively armored area compared to other parts of the body (might also obstruct bleeding)
hes also an exceptionally large sized man. id imagine him lying on the wounds is applying pressure to them to some extent
i dont really know enough about anatomy to make bold claims, but i dont think the lack of a pool of blood rules this as fake
EDIT: i just noticed something about his body while hes on the ground. when you see what i believe is his arm roll into frame, it takes about 19 seconds for his body to completely settle. pay attention to his arm and his breathing between 0:13 and 0:32
