I can't wait until Badspot makes it a requirement that everybody's avatars be a real life photo of themselves. It'd really help with getting a good hit-list going.

i'm all for this. nobody would have anime pic avatars. it would be good

Babette from Skyrim is fine for research then. She may have the appearance of a 10 year old but she's actually 300 years old.

There are freelancing and job placement sites that do this and I will never use any of them because it's honestly a stupid requirement. I have no images of myself on the internet and I plan to keep it that way.

Nick. What's goin' on big guy? You just tripped my loli waifu.
ftfy

ok now after the title he is just whoring for attention

to be fair thats what the law itself cares about so yeah

no thats not what the law itself cares about

it said depictions that are unmistakable for children

i dont care if your anime wiki says shes 300 years old, if shes a child then shes a forgetin child

By far my knowledge of lolis go. Anime never judges by appearance only  but by age correlation to appearance. If you mention a 'elementary school girl' and is in a loveual act, yes then it can be illegal.

I thin this somewhat also shows something about lolis, up to you to decide.

say why is this topic derailing from zoie to me, jeez.

(C) says it has to represent an identifiable minor and (9Aii) says that to be an identifiable minor it has to be the likeness of a real person.
I'm no lawyer, so case law would probably help.
