I have really faded ghost outlines 24/7, I believe it's the compatibility of my vga cable and the monitor.
Check of yours is compatible.

Literally just got the monitor and Im using DVI-D or something, but it still happens with an HDMI too
Also probably would help to at least mention what monitor Im using
