It sounds like you're describing national socialism and not fascism. They're not synonymous, unless that's exclusively how you interpret fascism.

That is all fascism. It's all based around an identity. White Nationalism is about White Supremacy (anti-black, anti-Semetic, whatever) and Black Nationalism is Black Supremacy is anti-white whatever. German Nationalism is naturally German Supremacism. national socialistsm was all about removing the Jews from the Fatherland and restoring the German peoples' historic borders. The only difference between national socialistsm and Fascism is that national socialistsm was specific to Germany. Italian Fascism was about restoring the Roman Empire and Japanese Fascism was about uniting East Asia under their banner. Fascism is inherently about superiority and inferiority and therefore leads to people getting hurt.

But when "executed well", these things are accomplished without hurting others.
the thing is, no form of government can ever be carried out perfectly so all forms of government are inherently flawed because someone always gets screwed over. Fascism can't be executed well not because it's fascism, but because it's carried out by man. Hence why I said that they're always poorly implemented. A democratic republic is as close as we've gotten to screwing over as few people as possible.
