i hope you people realize that this is safe, the person who posted that was a forum moderator.
forum moderators have no power on anything valve does.

looking at it all it's doing is logging into your account with a persona_state_flags > 4
so it's /really/ not doing much and you PROBABLY wont be banned for this because any client can theoretically do this lol
