Thank you, Zealot. I think that you perfectly underscored the more serious problem at hand. Yes, these individual instances are truly disgusting acts of the human race, but I have to say that the rift that has been built is truly more serious. In part, I blame various media sources, for seeking profit in feeding their consumers what they want, but I really think it boils down to dismissiveness and a reluctance to attempt to understand what the other side fears in their communities and beyond.
