He doesn't make the viruses at all. He makes videos showcasing how the viruses work, their payloads and sometimes even goes into detail and how to remove them.

And even if he did make viruses, is that really a loving problem? It would be super interesting, I feel, as it would showcase a lot of technical knowledge to learn from on how Windows/Computers work and programming.

you do realize people make their living off of writing malicious code and creating hacking tools, with the sole intention of research and/or helping a company? ethical hacking is a thing, its not the 80's anymore

White Hat hackers exist and are often employed by Security/IT companies to discover exploits and produce malicious code and tools in order to demonstrate weaknesses that companies can patch up, so that real Black Hat hackers don't break your systems.

Nobody is going to arrest some dude on YouTube showing off virus effects. You're just a loving handicap who is getting his richard all strangled over this for no reason.
