im handicapped and accidentally deleted my steamapps folder (425gb dont ask how i did it) how do i restore

Can't you just restore from the recycle bin?

unless you backed it up or it ended up in the recycle bin then i think you're out of luck but i probably don't know what i'm talking about

deleted files aren't truly deleted, simply marked to be overwritten.

if none of the above options work you can always do a system restore from a previous date. I believe windows creates backups periodically but i could be wrong.

unlikely that system restore will have a complete backup of it, 425 gb and all

anyways use recuva asap but recover to another partition or drive or it might not recover properly
