doesn't have to be eargasm studio stuff, just something that's nice and clear over voice chat

turtle beach ear force recon 50s are pretty good

been using this one for years and it's great but you should definitely look for it in a best buy or target or something because it's too expensive online.

Samson go mic, for its price it's really damn good

also the ModMic 4.0 Uni Directional, DAMN good quality for only 50 dollars

also before you buy any mic, be sure to listen to Mic Tests and reviews to be sure it'll be what you want

This, get some Turtle Beach headphones. Good audio quality, if you want you can take the mic off entirely on some
mine are blue and were like $35
so far they've been pretty sturdy, no issues
mic is good
if you want a cheap mic separate from a headset, I'd recommend going to a store to find one. There's still something to be said for brick-and-mortar shopping..

ModMic 4.0 Uni Directional

I have this microphone. It's a great choice if you have a good pair of headphones and want to use them as a headset. The omni-directional version will pick up lots of background noise, so double check to make sure you're getting the unidirectional if you decide to go with this.

yeah this, and the Uni has a slightly better sound quality over the Omni as well

try to find a Blue Snowball for <$60 on ebay or something. really good mic

this. you may be lucky enough to find one for $50 w/o tax at your local tech store (google helps)
otherwise you can order online for 60-70

samson meteor mic has the quality extremely similar to a blue yeti (to the point where you can't differentiate each other). i think it's like 70 bucks though.

Floureon BM-800 Condenser Studio Recording Microphone and Shock Mount Holder Blue https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00Q4RGQHY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i24DybWZ17FF2

Buy that, and a phantom power provider - a xlr to 3.5mm then you're fine

This but only buy the 48v adapter (they come with an XLR 90% of the time) and get a boom arm, this mic doesnt come with one
