No clue
Synthesia is p cheap
here's a free piano set up
download this program. it can run as either a VSTi or a standalone program
https://www.plogue.com/products/sforzando/
it hosts soundfonts, or .sfz files, of which there are tons of all around the internet for free.

here's a good soundfont piano to start with:
http://ivyaudio.com/Piano-in-162

heads up though, soundfonts can be kind of RAM intensive especially that one since it's really well made. there are better options for piano sounds but this one is free and still pretty good.

Oh neato
Well I got synthesia but its registering the notes so loving late
like half or quarter of a second late and you can play like this
Its not the cable because other software, like the one you suggested, works fine.
Altrough I prefer synthesia since its easy to use and i already bought it
And I have 16Gb's of ram so memory isnt really an issue

EDIT: The delay is the microsoft midi thingy. Also how the forget do I even install soundfonts

nvm got it
