mayhem is barely survivable but thats because of grinder and 14 mini medkits
dw and od are oneshot hell

Here, have this:

• Stay on Normal until lvl 45, where you go to Hard.
• Circle the shield until he stops turning to you. It won't take long.
• Jewelry Store and Four Stores are the easiest jobs to train stealth, loud and crowd control.
• Ukrainian Job is the fastest 'stealth' heist on any difficulty if done right.
• Mallcrasher is the fastest loud heist on any difficulty.
• Stealing Xmas has a lot of money and is completed in 16 minutes flat. (Compared to ~32 minutes of a usual heist in Overkill difficulty)
• Boiling Point is pretty neat and can be completed without using a single drill if you find a (Russian) keycard.
• Hoxton Breakout allegedly has many XP compared to the other contracts. It's not the only one, though.
• Don't rush for the warehouse interior in Shadow Raid. You'll fail 20 times less.
• If you didn't play the basic heists from a button that said "The Basics" on the left in crime.net, now's a good time. It's worth it.
• Wait for Bain to correct himself or say something unrelated in Rats day 1/Cook Off before pouring the ingredient.
• The Bomb: Dockyard and Hotline Miami's meth order is Acid, Soda, Chloride.
• Aim for the head.
• Press V to toggle firing modes on most weapons.
• Kill snipers fast. Though I don't remember if they even spawn on Normal.
• Clear the area around your downed teammate as much as possible, then help him up.
• If your armor falls fast, it may be a good time to get into cover.
• Melee is mostly useless without upgrades, excluding stun melees (Electrical Brass Knuckles and one other DLC wep) and mayyyybe the newest melee weapon.
• Be patient climbing the difficulties. It helps avoid frustration from being steamrolled the difficulties you can barely not end up in custody.
• If you pick up the thermal drill and then drop it, Bain won't pester you to get the thermal drill because it's no longer at the back of the car.

This list should be enough to help you git gud. And to imagine I just got all these off the top of my head. Yes, I'm a nerd.
